RHS SHOW GARDENS

Royal Horticultural Society, Chatsworth 2019

Displayed under the ‘mindfulness’ category at RHS Chatsworth, ‘Tending the Mind’ was inspired by the abstract art of Piet Mondrian and was an expression of the perfect herb garden, creating a space which took the humble herb garden to new heights, celebrating the inherent peacefulness in such an intimate space.

Royal Horticultural Society, Cardiff 2019

Proud to have exhibited at the annual RHS Cardiff in April of 2019 with my industrial inspired ‘Urban Gallery’, featuring art from the Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Coming under the ‘Regeneration’ category, the design revitalised an imagined inner-city urban space by embracing common materials and celebrating their reuse in new ways. In doing so, it also provided an exciting ‘urban gallery’ for street artists to display their own creativity in a space comprised of a central pool under eucalyptus trees, framed by euphorbia and carex. A challenging build, working with huge quantities of recycled stone and iron, but very proud of what the team was able to achieve.
