Purtell Parker-Smith Design is the coming together of two creatives from the prestigious Inchbald School of Design, London. Based south of the capital, we undertake commissions for those seeking visual and practical interpretations of their own aspirations whether its a small suburban garden or something much larger.

Brent Purtell - "An Australian, educated in America, married to a Frenchwoman and living in London after having travelled to over 35 countries, I have a keen eye for the world around me and have yet to lose the boyish enthusiasm for new experiences. An oil and watercolour artist, I bring this artistic approach, coupled with  appreciation of international trends to our portfolio".

Maximillian Parker-Smith - "I have a fond memory of when I was a small boy sitting in the long grass of my first family house garden. I remember the sound of the running water from the man made ponds, the contorted skeletal shape of the english oak trees that sat perfectly at the end garden walkway and the wealth of colour that popped up amongst the clipped yew topiary. My grandfather was there and he told me that I was exactly where I was meant to be. Twenty odd years later, I’m still sat here. Except now, I have a pencil and drawing pad and I’m recreating this paradise for other people."
